About Event

TECHELA’16, the official tech-fest of the CS-IT department of SYMBIOSIS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (A part of the SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY) which is held annually in the spring season, in February. SIT is a fast developing technical institute offering various disciplines in Engineering, situated in the beautiful and scenic foothills of Lavale.

Events

Event 1: CodeWars
This is the traditional coding competition which will be open to participants from all over the country. It will be hosted on the Codechef platform.
Event 2: Decrypt
An online treasure hunt in which participants make their way through a series of online levels of increasing difficulty.
Event 3: IT Quiz
A technology based, multiple round quiz that is designed to test your IT Quotient.
Event 4: A-Mazing
An event that lets you roam around our campus, solve little clues to EARN, and uncover a TREASURE!
Event 5: LAN Gaming
Ready, set, game!
Event 6: PuzzleMania
This event will test your logic and the sharpness of your brain. No technical skills required, but how quickly can you think on your feet?
Event 7: CodeRush
This event is designed to test your all round coding skills. Built over three rounds, this will stretch you to your limits.
